public class SchedulerImpl extends Object implements Scheduler
Default thread-safe implementation of Scheduler.

Employs a single-threaded daemon scheduled executor as an internal clock ticker to prevent thread starvation, delegating actual task computations to either ExecutorManager.cpu() or ExecutorManager.io().
